The media in the Pine Tree Filter products has been tested to NSF/ANSI /IAPMO Standard 42 for Drinking Water Treatment Units, and NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for Drinking Water Components.
The media used in the UTC and CTS has been tested and certified to meet NSF/ANSI /IAPMO Standards 42, 53, and 61. Testing performed by the Water Quality Association has determined that the cartridge in the UTC reduces Cysts by at least 99.97%.
